TDSG is the India’s first Lithium-ion Battery manufacturing plant in Gujarat which is being set up jointly between TOSHIBA Corporation, DENSO Corporation and Suzuki Motor Corporation to manufacture and supply Lithium- ion battery to Maruti Suzuki and Suzuki Motor Gujarat. The manufacturing operation will be derived by Suzuki's expertise with contribution of TOSHIBA's cell technology and Denso's module technology. The Lithium-ion battery joint venture sees the equity stake split between Suzuki (50 percent), TOSHIBA (40 percent) and Denso (10 percent). 180 MILLION USD (Investment amount) has been invested between all three Japanese ventures for the lithium-ion battery manufacturing plant slated to be ready by 2020.

Firm was maintaining all OHC records manually in excel which was very tough to track the health records and other inventory such as assets and medicines. Firm like TDSG has large number of Employees and it was difficult for the doctors to keep track of their health records. Maintaining yearly health records and comparison was not available in the firm.

HR
With the help of this Module user can manage the Employees personal details and there dependent data .In this also we can upload Employees Photo, Certificates and Signatures which will reflect in Employee profile.
OPD
This module is very much useful for managing the daily OPD details for the employees. with the help of this we can check how much regular OPD is been made on daily basis. we can generate the reports and different certificate like Medical, fitness certificate etc.
Stock
All the Stock which are used in the OHC like medicines are managed in this module. We can also keep the track of stock which are available and which are not available. We can also know the cost of each medicine through this.
Examination
All the Medical Examination Data from Periodic to pre-retirement are managed in this module. All the test which are conducted for the employees are managed here. User can also generate Health index for each round
Health Library
With the use of this we can upload Health awareness Pdf and and document which are accessible by the employees for maintaining their personal health. Employee can access the health content and gain knowledge in health and safety.
Security
Software comes with full data protection and security. Admin can manage the users internally and assign Module and screen permission according to the User’s Role and Work. All the Security comes under HIPPA compliance Act.
Outcome
We can manage the employee health records digitally. Data uploaded on the software is available 24*7 . While the audit process we can easily generate different compliance reports as per our requirement.
