Orient Cement, formerly part of Orient Paper & Industries, was demerged in 2012 and has since become one of India's leading and fastest-growing cement manufacturers. They commenced cement production in 1982 at Devapur in Adilabad District, Telangana, and later added a split- grinding unit in Nashirabad, Maharashtra, in 1997. Their integrated cement plant at Chittapur, Gulbarg, Karnataka, began commercial production in 2015. With a total capacity of 8 MT PA, they serve several Indian states.

The lack of centralization and automation caused compliance issues, and challenges in forecasting demands and managing medicine inventory. To address these issues, the company plans to implement a more advanced solution, data analytics, and integrated communication channels for sending reminders to employees.

Occucare, an advanced Occupational Health Software, was successfully implemented as a comprehensive solution for Orient Cement's employee health management. The software effectively centralizes and analyzes all health-related data, providing efficient virtual reporting capabilities. Through its well-designed architecture, the software significantly reduces the need for manual data entry, surpassing the time-consuming Excel-based approach.
Examination
Allows doctors to perform medical examinations on employees once a year or every six months, and to retain health data, create health indices and health cards for specific employees, and handle data in bulk.
OPD
This module was created for routine examinations of employees working for a business. Doctors can order tests and medications for employees, and they can also print the results.
Security
The objective is to provide user credentials that facilitate easy login, provide efficient functionality to each user's needs. The system will control user accessibility, screen usage, ensuring optimal usability and security.
MIS
Easily gather and generate health indices for workers who have had their medical exams performed. Obtain count-based data on all forms of medical consultations and examinations, compare health indicators.
Reports
Any employee-related report, including those containing HR data, OPD data, medical examination data, etc., can be generated, viewed, download, and print by the user.
Data Analysis
Allows user to do analysis of data of employees personal and medical health data and reporting the same with tools, helps to make a quick analysis and provide accurate and precise information of employees in specific and as required format.
Outcome
